Paper flowers are not only complex origami patterns and corrugated products reminiscent of the May demonstrations. These can be bright, slightly primitive decorative flowers that you can use to decorate a festive table or gift wrapping.

It is necessary

  • - double-sided colored paper or thin cardboard;
  • - scissors;
  • - glue;
  • - wire;
  • - pencil.

Instructions

Step 1

Such a craft is within the power of a child. It is enough to cut out a schematic flower shape from double-sided cardboard: tulip, chamomile, bell, etc. Instead of a circle of contrasting paper core, you can use bright buttons, small pompoms, pieces of velvet fabric. Cut out different shapes and sizes of green cardboard. You can use popsicle sticks or juice straws instead of the stem. Use good glue to glue the flower and leaves to the stem.

Step 2

Cut several circles of different diameters from paper of different colors or cardboard. Make the edges of the circles in the form of petals - semicircular, sharp, triangular, oval. Place smaller circles of a different color with a different petal shape on the shapes with a larger diameter. This way, changing colors and shapes, you can fold a large number of bright fancy paper flowers. They are perfect for decorating holiday packaging, postcards and decorating a children's room.

Step 3

Find some pretty colored double-sided paper in your office supply store. You will need several sheets with a pattern or ornament, with a volumetric texture. Cut out a circle with a diameter of about 20 centimeters out of paper, it is not necessary to make it perfectly straight - as the hand will take. Then, from this circle, begin to cut a spiral (not necessarily with even edges).

Step 4

Make as many blanks as you want to see flowers in your bouquet. Make the diameter and color of the circles cut in spirals different.

Step 5

Gently grasp the tip of the spiral with your fingers and start rolling the paper into a bud. When you have rolled up the whole spiral, place the bud on the table. There it will open slightly and take on its final form.

Step 6

To fix this shape, glue the core with glue and let the finished flower dry well. In the meantime, start cutting the leaves.

Step 7

Cut out leaves of different sizes from green textured paper, but of the same shape - flowers, but you have the same type! Fold and glue the sheet at the base, do this with each leaf.

Step 8

Wind green or brown corrugated paper or woolen thread of the appropriate color around the glue-coated wire. Bend the tip of the wire 90% and glue it to the base of the flower. Glue the leaves in the place of the stem you have chosen. So you have collected a paper flower, proceed to the next one! When you have collected enough flowers for a bouquet, place it in a stylish vase on the table.
