Various desires accompany us throughout our lives. Some are easy to execute, others require significant efforts from us for their implementation, and still others remain in our fantasies. Not everyone can correctly formulate and send a request to the Universe, but it is never too late to learn this.

Step 1
When expressing your desire, be attentive to its wording. Do not include the "not" particle in the phrase, since when your desire is fulfilled, the Higher Forces will use the direct meaning of the word, regardless of the particle. For example, "I am not sick" would be interpreted as "I am sick." Accordingly, the Universe will send you what you ordered, that is, the disease. The same goes for other wishes, for example, “I’m not poor,” “I don’t lisp,” “I’m not irritable,” etc.
Step 2
Be sure to pay attention to whether you are adding the word "want" to the wording of the desire. It does not contribute to the fulfillment of the most envisioned, but is aimed at enhancing the feeling of desire. That is, you will want even more what you want, but you will not get it. Say, "I am healthy," not "I want to be healthy."
Step 3
Say your wish in the present tense, as if what you want has already come true. For example, "I bought a Mercedes." When formulating a dream, try to describe the desired in as much detail as possible. So to the Mercedes, you can add that it is silver, the seat trim is brown, etc. small clarifying details.
Step 4
To attract the desired thing or event, you can use visualization. Sit in a chair or lie on your bed, close your eyes and watch your breathing. You will notice how you gradually begin to relax and go into a half-asleep state. It is at this point that you begin to visualize what you desire in the brightest colors, paying attention to every detail. You will begin to feel as if your dream is becoming a reality. Imperceptibly you will live situation after situation in your fantasy. Remain in the visualization state for as long as you wish. Coming out of a relaxed state, first restore the activity of breathing and muscles, and then slowly begin to open your eyes. Do these exercises as often as possible, preferably daily.
Step 5
If you understand that the desire that you made before is no longer relevant, then you do not need to repeat it further. You are no longer feeding it in the right way, but rather you are already working to ensure that it does not come true. It is better to turn your attention to what attracts you at the moment and ask the Universe about it.
