These flowers are called plumeria. In our country, this is a rare plant, but it is quite possible to grow it from seeds.

Step 1
Planting plumeria from seeds can be carried out at any time of the year. Soak the purchased seeds in a solution of a root formation stimulant, for example, "Epin" or "Kornevin".

Form a loose, breathable soil of garden soil and clean river sand in equal proportions. You can also use a ready-made substrate for cacti. Place a layer of expanded clay drainage on the bottom of the container, then fill it with soil.

Plant the swollen plumeria seeds in a container, slightly pressing them into the ground and leaving part of the seed on the surface, water and cover with plastic wrap, creating a kind of greenhouse conditions for the seedlings.

Place the pot on a sunny window, since the plant is very light-requiring, it needs to receive sunlight for several hours a day. In winter, the seedlings will need to be supplemented with a fluorescent lamp.

The sprouts will appear very quickly within 5-7 days after planting. Caring for them is reduced to watering with soft water as the earthen coma dries and regular fertilizing once every 2 weeks with complex fertilizer for flowering indoor plants. Wipe the casting from dust.

Plumeria grows quite quickly, but seedlings will bloom only 3-4 years after planting. If you are anxious to see beautiful, fragrant flowers, then this process can be accelerated by growing a plumeria from a cutting from an already flowering plant.
