A sleep mask is a very useful tool that allows you to relax in places that are not intended for this at all, such as on an airplane. I suggest you make this thing in the form of an owl.
It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
The first thing to do is make a pattern for the pattern: just print it out and cut it out. Once the template is ready, attach it to a double-folded cotton fabric that can be secured with sewing pins to prevent slipping. Cut out the pattern, remembering to leave a couple of centimeters for allowances. Attach the resulting workpiece to your face and try on an elastic band - it should be fixed 1 centimeter from the edges of the workpiece with needles. Remember that the elastic for the sleep mask should sit comfortably, that is, not too tight, but also so that it does not fly off.
Step 2
Now, from acrylic yarn of orange color, you should make brushes for owl ears. To do this, wind the threads in 5-6 turns on a piece of cardboard, the size of which is 3x5 centimeters, then fix them with a knot from one edge, and cut the loop exactly in half from the other. Make 2 of these details.
Step 3
Next, to the front side of one of the blanks of the mask, you need to attach brushes of yarn and an elastic band in the indicated places. Cover the resulting structure with the second blank of the mask so that its front side is inside.
Step 4
With the help of a needle and thread, you need to make a basting along the contour of the sleep mask. After the basting is ready, you need to sew the blanks on a sewing machine. Just keep in mind that not the whole mask needs to be stitched - leave a hole 4 centimeters long at the bottom of the product. Through the hole left, turn the mask out onto the front side and iron it thoroughly. After this procedure, sew up the rest of the craft.
Step 5
Now you need to make the eyes of the owl. To do this, cut out 2 round parts from felt, the diameter of which is 6 centimeters. Using a pencil, draw closed eyes on the circles, and then sew them with floss. Sew the received details with yarn "grass".
Step 6
From the acrylic yarn that was used for the ear tassels, you need to knit the beak for the craft. If you do not know how to knit, then you can make this piece of fabric, but always of the same color. Sew the eyes and beak to the product. The owl sleep mask is ready!
