The beauty of lucid dreaming doesn't need long descriptions. Sleep is the very place where you can do whatever you want, whatever you dreamed of. Unfortunately, most people do not know how to control their dreams and lose this great opportunity to realize themselves. And learning to do this is not so difficult.

- - a pen;
- - Dictaphone;
- - a small figure (keychain, toy from a kinder surprise).
Instructions
Step 1
Make sure that you are ready to devote enough time to lucid dreaming, since you will not have to train for a day or two or even a month. If you are patient and determined, you can start teaching lucid dreaming.
Step 2
Start recording your dreams. You can do this both in a regular notebook and dictate your dreams to a dictaphone - now it is in every mobile phone and mp3-player. You will quickly understand which of these methods is more convenient for you. Dreams should be recorded immediately after waking up. If before that you decide to go to wash and make coffee for yourself, you are unlikely to remember anything later. If you woke up at night, do not hesitate to record the dream.
Step 3
It may seem to you that you did not have any dreams at night. If you often have such problems, set your alarm ten minutes earlier so that after waking up you have time to plunge into a state of half-sleep - this way, recalling a dream is much more effective. Oftentimes, people do not remember their dreams when they lead an exhausting monotonous lifestyle. Try to make your every day at least something different from the previous one.
Step 4
In order to learn how to control sleep, you must realize that you are in a dream. Put a little thing in the pocket of your favorite jeans - a Kinder Surprise figurine, a keychain, a convex bead and regularly turn this object in your hands, memorizing every bend. Remember what the wallpaper feels like in your apartment, how your girlfriend's perfume smells. All these observations are needed so that in a dream, asking yourself the question "Am I sleeping or not?", You could put your hand in your pocket, fumble for the keychain and understand whether your sensations correspond to reality or not.
Step 5
Also, a sure way to understand whether you are sleeping or not is to read some text, then step back a meter and read it again. In a dream, the text will certainly change.
Step 6
After you are convinced that you are in a dream, start changing reality as you see fit. On the first try, you may not succeed, but on the third or fourth try, you will be surprised to find that you can control your sleep and now you are able to go anywhere - even to visit your great-grandmother, even to the moon.
