Agree that decorating a Christmas tree for the New Year with the same toys is not interesting. You always want to bring something new, unique and special. In such a case, I suggest you create your own Christmas decorations - pasta snowflakes.
It is necessary
- - pasta of various forms;
- - glue "Moment";
- - paint;
- - sparkles or artificial snow;
- - PVA glue;
- - brush;
- - old newspaper.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, it is worth preparing the workplace for making pasta snowflakes. This is exactly what the old newspaper is for - spread it on the surface of the table. This must be done in order not to stain it with glue or paint during operation. After this procedure, you can safely start creating. You can either borrow the shape of the snowflakes from the Internet, or come up with it yourself. Having decided on the shape of the product, start gluing it. It is best to start gluing not from the outside of the snowflake, but from the inside. Otherwise, the craft will be quite fragile. Having connected all the parts together, allow the snowflake to dry completely for 24 hours.
Step 2
After the pasta snowflakes are completely dry, you need to paint them. To do this, you can use both spray and acrylic paint. If you work with the first type of paint, then it is best to do it outdoors; if with the second, you will have to stock up on brushes of different sizes, otherwise you will not be able to paint over all the hard-to-reach places of the product. As for the color, it can be absolutely anything.
Step 3
Having painted the New Year's crafts, it remains to decorate them with additional elements. To do this, cover the surface of the snowflakes with a brush with PVA glue. Then sprinkle the decorations with glitter or fake snow. If you don't have either one or the other, you can use semolina, granulated sugar, or even salt.
Step 4
You can additionally decorate the decorated product with beads, bows, ribbons and others. Do not forget to make a pendant for the resulting craft. For hanging, you can use both fishing line and a simple thin rope or thread. The pasta snowflakes are ready!
