A bag is a wardrobe item absolutely necessary for any woman. Every needlewoman can knit a fashionable handbag, especially since this can be done with a hook and knitting needles.

- - synthetic winterizer;
- - zipper, button or Velcro;

Instructions
Step 1
For knitting a bag with knitting needles, twisted yarn of medium thickness is suitable. Choose yarn with a high acrylic content, as it is more durable, does not shrink and does not roll.
Step 2
If you want to crochet, you will need a thick and stiff cotton or acrylic yarn. For example, "Garus" or "Camellia".
Step 3
Choose the right model in a magazine or on the Internet. To calculate the knitting density, make a pattern (the knit for a handbag should not be loose so that the thing does not stretch).
Step 4
Cast on 40-80 loops, depending on the width of the bag and knit with a fancy pattern according to the scheme. Knit both halves with one cloth.
Step 5
Fold the part in half with the right side inward and sew the sides on a sewing machine.
Step 6
Cut out a silk lining and quilt with padding polyester (you can buy quilted fabric at a fabric store). Insert the lining into your purse.
Step 7
Use a zipper as a fastener. Sew it by hand to the top of your purse. In addition, you can sew on a button, Velcro or a button as a fastener.
Step 8
For a shoulder strap, cast on 5 loops and knit a 1, 2 meter long garter stitch strip. Sew the ends of the handle to your purse.
Step 9
Round handles, wrapped with the same yarn from which the handbag itself is knitted, look stylish. Take a circle made of plastic or wood (this can be, for example, a small-diameter hoop), wrap them tightly with thread. Secure the ends with knots.
Step 10
You can also sew on a metal chain, round bamboo handles, or leather handles from an old bag as a handle.
Step 11
Original handbags can be knitted from plastic bags. To do this, fold several bags in a pile and cut strips of 3-5 cm. Straighten them, pull and tie. Wrap the resulting tape into a ball, and then knit, as from ordinary yarn with knitting needles or crochet.
Step 12
Decorate your purse with embroidery, beads, buckles or decorative leather details.
