Omiyage's purse came to us from Japan. Outwardly, it looks like a pouch. It is often used as a gift wrapping, but it can also be used as a regular handbag. Let's sew Omiyage with our own hands.
It is necessary
- - fabric for a bag;
- - lining fabric;
- - scissors;
- - a needle;
- - threads;
- - pins;
- - pattern;
- - marker;
- - sewing machine.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, of course, you need to make patterns for your future handbag. First, we make a pattern for the sides of the Omiyage. As a rule, you need two of them.
Step 2
Then we make the last pattern that we need for the bottom of Omiyage. The size of the patterns will depend on how large you want the purse to be sewn.
Step 3
After you have decided on the size of the patterns, you need to transfer them to a previously prepared fabric. When cutting out the shreds for the bag, do not forget about the seam allowances, that is, leave another 1-2 additional centimeters.
Step 4
Now you should sweep the edges of the bag with pins. You need to start this procedure with the handles, and end with the bottom. Just before you start sweeping the parts, you need to turn the sides of the product inside out.
Step 5
We sew our product on a sewing machine. Then we make the lining and sew it on. Omiyage's purse is ready! You can decorate it as you like, even with the help of embroidery, even with beads. In other words, it all depends on your imagination and nothing more!
