Step 1
Draw a dashed vertical axis and a dashed horizontal axis on the sheet. Along these lines, you will draw the figures of magical creatures.
Step 2
Draw a circle on the vertical line to match the character's head. Keeping the proportions of the human figure (approximately 8 dimensions of the head - the length of the human body), mark on the vertical axis with thin dashed lines the level of the shoulders, waist, legs, and the length of the arms.
Step 3
Mark on the horizontal axis with dashed lines the width of the shoulders, hips, the thickness of the legs, arms. Divide the leg section into small sections to draw the thighs, knees, calves and feet.
Step 4
The section of the arms is also divided into several parts to draw the forearms, shoulders, elbows, and hands. Now draw with small dashed ovals the silhouettes of the chest and hips of the figure. Connect them with a smooth concave line.
Step 5
Draw parts of the legs and arms also with dashed ovals proportional to the body of the creature. Connect the entire figure with smooth lines, also connect the head and shoulders with a smooth neck line. Erase all the extra lines so that only the outline of the shape remains. This is necessary for drawing details.
Step 6
If you are drawing a fairy, then draw on her a beautiful long dress over the outline. The dress follows the smooth lines of the fairy's body. Graceful feet (elongated ovals with thin traced fingers) will look out from under the dress. The fairy dress is mostly sleeveless. Therefore, carefully draw the hands. They also consist of small, elongated ovals, separated by thin lines, fingers. The fairy has long hair and big eyes. Draw a small nose and mouth.
Step 7
On the back of the fairy figure, draw transparent wings, like those of dragonflies. Draw flowers under the fairy's feet. Erase the extra lines. Color in the drawing with paints or pencils.
Step 8
When drawing an elf, to draw the details of his figure, draw tight-fitting long pants and a shirt belted with a strap over the outline. The elves wear funny shoes with upturned noses. The elves' hands protrude from the sleeves of their shirt. The face of the elves is very expressive, thanks to the eyes. They should also be drawn as elongated ovals with a dark circle in the middle. Draw a straight nose for the elf, draw a smiling mouth and fluttering hair, as if catching the wind.
Step 9
Pay particular attention to the elf's ears. They can be covered with hair. If you decide to draw the ears, then they should be small, but pointed. Erase the extra lines, paint the elf with paints or pencils, and choose shades of green for coloring clothes.
