Juggling is a form of circus art. In its simplest form, it consists in throwing various objects from one hand to another. This trick looks easy enough from the outside, but it takes some time to master.

Balls

First of all, you need to find the right balls. They should fit comfortably in the hand, be small and lightweight. If you are just starting out with juggling, choose small balls. It is also desirable that the balls are not too elastic. These balls will not bounce off the floor when you drop them, you will not have to run after them. You can make such balls yourself by filling, for example, tennis balls with sand.

One ball

To learn how to juggle three balls, you need to master the technique of tossing, one ball is enough for this. Take it in your right hand and toss it so that it makes an arc before hitting the left hand. At the top of the flight, the balloon should reach the level of your eyes, this is the optimal height. If you toss it too high, it will be difficult for you to keep track of the other balls. With a weak toss, you will be forced to manipulate them very quickly. Try to make circular movements with your hands, as if scooping them inward. This is how you will work when you have three balls in your hands.

Two balls

Juggling with two balls will be somewhat more difficult. Take one ball in each hand. Toss the ball in your right hand. As soon as it reaches the maximum height (level of your eyes), toss the ball in your left hand. Remember that the balls must arc in flight. As a result, you must first catch the ball with your left hand and then with your right. When juggling it is very important not to hold the balls too tightly, your palms should be relaxed and slightly open. Work with two balls until your movements become automatic. Moving to the third ball after that will be easy enough.

Three balls

The principle of juggling with three balls is the same as with two. Now you will need to toss the third balloon when the second balloon reaches its maximum flight altitude. Take 2 balls in your right hand and one in your left. Toss the first ball from your right hand. As soon as it reaches the top point, toss the ball in your left hand. When this ball reaches your eye level, toss the second ball in your right hand. As a result, you will have two balls in your left hand, and one in your right. This trick may seem daunting at first. Do not try to repeat it right away with continuous juggling. Toss all three balls once and then stop. Do this until you get used to all the movements and only then start full-fledged juggling.
