A photograph of a working day is the result of observation, which is carried out in order to determine all the costs of working time during a shift or a certain part of it. At the same time, the photograph does not show the technology of the production process, but only marks all the events in its course.
Instructions
Step 1
When carrying out certification of workplaces for hazardous working conditions, it is necessary to take a personal photo of the day of all employees or typical workplaces. The purpose of drawing up a document, as a rule, is to determine the average time spent by an employee in various parts of the work area, which is associated with the performance of the duties prescribed in the job description.
Drawing up a photograph of a working day consists of several stages. This is the implementation of preparation for observation, the actual observation and processing of its results.
Step 2
During the preparation, familiarize yourself with the technical process and workplaces, prepare observation sheets, in which you give the main parameters to be determined with subsequent assessment.
Step 3
Observe by measuring the duration of all work carried out, taking into account all types of production activities and breaks. In the observation sheet, which is usually built in the form of a table, consistently enter the time and place of each technological action.
Step 4
Calculate the total amount of time worked actually spent on production, separately - the execution time of various technical processes, downtime, breaks, etc.
Step 5
Evaluate the research results. When processing, calculate the time spent by the employee in hazardous working conditions, taking into account the average value of all the indicators of interest.
Step 6
When drawing up a photograph of the working day, you can determine the compliance of the work performed by the employee with the technical process, and also note the time spent on operations, during the execution of which harmful factors of the working environment affect the employee.
Step 7
If the enterprise has workplaces that are subject to certification for working conditions with the same equipment, technology and the same working conditions, then the certification commission, as a rule, takes a photo of the working day only at one of these workplaces selectively.
Step 8
Organize at least three observations of the certified workplace, the results of which are then brought to an average value and included in a single photo of the working day. This is necessary for greater accuracy and objectivity of the study, since the final assessment of the existing working conditions and compensation payments to the employee depend on the data obtained.
