It is necessary

  • - 250 g of yarn;
  • - circular needles No. 4, 5;
  • - straight needles number 5.
  • Size 46-48.

Instructions

Step 1

Back: cast on needles No. 4, 5 71 loops and tie 8 rows with a double elastic band. Go to needles number 5 and knit with the main openwork pattern.

Step 2

After 25 cm from the elastic, close for the armholes on both sides in each 2nd row 1 * 2 and 2 * 1 loops.

Step 3

After 42 cm from the elastic, close the loops for the shoulder bevels, transfer the middle 13 loops to a pin or additional knitting needle.

Step 4

Left shelf: on needles No. 4, 5 cast on 46 loops and knit with the main pattern. Starting with the third row for the armhole, recruit (by a set of air loops) on the right in every second row two times, one and twenty-six loops once. After 2 cm from the set of the last loops for the bevel of the neck, transfer to the pin on the right side in every second row three times, six and once one loop.

Step 5

Go to the knitting needles and tie the strap with a 1 * 1 elastic band. Transfer all outer stitches to circular knitting needles and leave the knitting unfinished.

Step 6

Right front: knit symmetrically.

Step 7

Assembly and finishing: sew shoulder and side seams. Transfer all pending loops to the needles and knit 4 rows with an elastic band 1 * 1. Close all loops with a knitted seam from the wrong side of the garment. On the bottom edge, cast on the circular needles of the loops and tie the strap with an elastic band 1 * 1 to secure the ties. Turn the last row to the wrong side and attach with a knitted stitch.

Step 8

Ties: Tie 7 loops with a 1 * 1 elastic band with the loops removed. Attach the ends of the strings from the seamy side to the lower edges of the shelves.

Step 9

Wash the finished vest in warm soapy water and dry unfolded.
