Skillful hands can always make something beautiful and useful from threads and simple knitting tools. Crocheting in this regard gives much more options than knitting needles. While some knitwear and wardrobe items are becoming more popular, even beginners in knitting can afford to crochet a hat.

- - yarn (700-800 g);
- - marking rings.
Instructions
Step 1
Crochet a chain of 6 stitches with double thread. With one connecting post, close the loops into a ring and tie 12 single crochets into it.
Step 2
Then knit in single crochet in circular rows. The first row (not counting the row of 12 columns) is knitted like this: you perform one air lifting loop, in the next column of the previous row you knit two single crochets, in the next one - one column. And so on until the end of the row. Make one air lift loop, knit one single crochet in the second column of the first row, and two single crochets in the next. And so you knit further, that is, add the columns in such a way that the number of columns between the added ones is equal to the number of the row (note that 12 single crochets tied in a ring are not considered the first row). Tie a 10 cm circle.
Step 3
Divide the circle into 6 equal parts and mark the divisions with marking rings - here you will further add loops. Tie one row without adding columns, the next with adding. Alternating rows with and without adding columns, knit until the length of the folded cap is about 26 cm (try on your head, if necessary, tie a few more rows). For the crown, knit 8 cm without adding stitches.
Step 4
Also knit the brim of the hat with single crochet. Rows with the addition of columns (in every fifth column, knit two single crochets) alternate with rows without additions. Knit the last two rows without adding columns. Tie the edge of the hat with one row of the "crustacean step" (single crochet from left to right).
