Step 1
Glue the two side girder sections together.
Step 2
Attach special hinges to the covers so as not to lose them.
Step 3
Equip the lockers with scuppers.
Step 4
Prepare a special box for the deck section - a recessor. It will contain a motor.
Step 5
Cut out the vertical parts of the main section to which the Tavr will be attached.
Step 6
Install the mast pillars, middle frames, end shields.
Step 7
Attach the bottom-slotted sheathing equipped with foam filler.
Step 8
Make a tube for support. To do this, take the pipe you have chosen as a support, glue it with several layers of fiberglass. Saw the pipe lengthwise so that you can easily remove the breadboard from the pipe. Put it on again, but so that there is a strip of polyethylene under the cut. After that, sand and glue on top with four more layers of fiberglass.
Step 9
Prepare foam tabs and attach them to the top bra.
Step 10
From plywood 10 millimeters thick, make reinforced bookmarks that will be used on the upper brand, at the ends, as well as on the frontal inclined part.
Step 11
Attach the upper frontal sheet to the frontal stinger, reinforced center cushion and side skirts. Then attach this sheet to the frames and pillars.
Step 12
Clean everything thoroughly and paint in the color of your choice. Use foam to reinforce the transom as well as the fairing. Glue everything with fiberglass in one layer, and the bottom in two layers.
Step 13
Leave a place for a lodgment on the assembled catamaran.
