At the mention of Moscow, the imagination begins to draw before our eyes pictures inspired by art, history or impressions from visiting this city. Moscow in this sense is unique in its endless variety of options. Among them there are traditional, age-old images: white-stone Moscow, golden-domed Moscow. There are official and pompous ones - Moscow as a stronghold of the power and greatness of the Russian state. There are outdated ones - for example, the image of quiet provincial Moscow courtyards.
