If you really want your moment of fame on the big screen, find a way to make yourself known. The easiest way to do this is to start acting in extras of films and TV shows. But on the other side of the screen, it's not an easy job. Be prepared for the fact that even the extras have to give their all on the set as much as the real movie stars.

Instructions

Step 1

Try your hand at being a spectator on television. Firstly, extras are required on programs almost constantly. And the organizers try to make sure that the audience does not become familiar with the faces. Therefore, it is very difficult to get on a large number of programs - "mass people" are being monitored. Of course, no one will forbid you to clap your hands after visiting a political program at a children's entertainment program.

Step 2

Assess your strengths and capabilities. Shooting any show takes a long time. What we see on the screen for an hour, in a real situation, takes 5-6 hours of almost continuous work. Many takes are done, various overlays occur and the whole process is not as exciting as its result. Consider this especially when taking children to shoot. Even children's programs are filmed for a long time, albeit with interruptions. Be sure to take food and water with you - extras are rarely fed. Now, on almost any set, viewers are paid. But money is purely symbolic. If you come to the shooting with a child, then he will also be paid. Sometimes the organizers give out gifts from the sponsors of the project.

Step 3

It is much more difficult to get into the extras of filming a series, television or feature film. After all, first you need to go through the casting. Those who fit the required data are invited to the casting. As a rule, this is gender, age, appearance, sometimes physical characteristics. You must bring a full-length photo to the casting, dress in accordance with the requirements of the casting director. Photo and video samples will be taken with you. Very rarely, on the same day, they can report that you are suitable. If you do come up, they will definitely call you and invite you to the shooting. The advantage of such filming is that your photo is entered into the base of the extras actors, which means that your chances of getting on the set again increase.
