So you have to learn in advance how to cope not only with long dresses and raincoats, but also with crowns. As you know, a princess cannot live without a crown. And the child is usually not very interested in whether the parents can draw or not. So you have to try.

Instructions
Step 1
Crowns are different. But the semicircular crown, which is very often depicted on coats of arms, is unlikely to interest your baby. Therefore, it is necessary to learn how to draw a crown with teeth. It is even better if each clove is adorned with a round gem.
Step 2
If you have never drawn, then before drawing with paints, practice with a simple pencil. Draw the head first, because the crown should be on something. A head, even a royal one, is just a circle. Define the face and hair.
Step 3
Consider the crown. It is part of a serrated half-ring. Mark it with a pencil. Mark the points to which the teeth will reach. They are located approximately in the middle of the crown. Particular accuracy is not required here, but try to keep the teeth the same length. Draw them in pencil.
Step 4
Dilute yellow gouache or gold watercolors. Paint over the crown field. Try not to go out of line. Trace the crown along those paths that you drew with a pencil. Do this confidently so that your hand does not tremble.
Step 5
You can decorate the teeth of the crown, draw a small circle on each of them. This can be done with the same paint with which you painted the entire crown, or you can paint with multi-colored gems. Draw rubies and emeralds. To make them look shiny, paint highlights on them with white paint. Radiance can also emanate from precious stones. The stones can be of different shapes, but try to convey their crystalline structure by making some edges lighter and others darker.
Step 6
Try drawing different types of crowns. For example, a bezel with teeth of different shapes. First sketch out the bezel. Note that the bottom line of the crown in any drawing is concave. This is how it is drawn because it is a ring, and the ring in perspective looks exactly like that. But if the crown is small, then you can draw a straight line below.
