Step 1
Find detailed instructions on designing a winter fishing box on the Internet or in specialized literature. Purchase all the materials you need: duralumin, stainless steel, steel wire, bag carabiner, flat nylon halyard, aluminum rivets, piano loop, steel washer, plywood, foam rubber, steel staples, rivets and corners. The amount of materials and their characteristics will depend on the blueprints from which you will make a winter fishing box.
Step 2
Make the box body from duralumin sheet 1 mm thick. Carry out the bottom and side walls in one piece: draw the markings according to the drawing, cut out the part using special scissors for metal. Place the corners on the jaws of the blanks and bend them with a vise. Make an earring from steel wire, make a clamp from a duralumin sheet, make an eyelet from this earring and a clamp. Attach the duralumin runners with rivets to the bottom of the box, attach the lugs for the belt to the side walls.
Step 3
Rivet a partition made of duralumin sheet inside the box to the walls and bottom, blunt the edges and edges of the parts. Make a box lid from a sheet of plywood. Attach the boss to the base and glue on a polyethylene foam pad, which is covered with a cover made of leather. Pull the edges of the cover over the ends of the base and attach them with wire staples. Screw the piano hinge to the opposite side of the boss and to the side of the drawer. Attach the latch opposite the piano hinge. The latch must be hinged, i.e. free to rotate.
Step 4
Make a belt from a flat nylon halyard, put one end of it into the eyelet and fasten it with the belt tape, install a carabiner at the other end. Paint your winter fishing box, preferably if it is not bright colors.
