Plywood, boards, bars, metal squares, screws, tarpaulin, foam rubber, freezer from an old refrigerator, furniture stapler

Instructions

Step 1

You can make a fishing box out of plywood. To do this, cut out the necessary parts: the bottom of the sidewall, the cover. Fasten all the blanks together with bars with a section of 20x20 mm using nails.

Step 2

For a large rectangular box, use the following dimensions: height - 320 mm, length - 400 mm, width - 150 mm. For small drawers: height 280 mm, length 320 mm, width 120 mm. Make the bottom of aspen or lime planks 6 mm thick. Reinforce the corners of the box with metal squares.

Step 3

Cover the lid of the box with leatherette so that it is soft. On the inside of the lid, attach rubber strips to place the fishing rod.

Step 4

Attach the strap to the finished box. For winter relief, make skids for the box out of children's skis.

Step 5

Another version of the fishing box is from the freezer of an old, worn-out refrigerator. Separate the tubes from the chamber through which the freon went.

Step 6

Make the bottom for such a box from a wooden board 3 cm thick. Dry the board thoroughly, trim it with a plane. Cut out the bottom of the shape you need from it and clean it. To prevent water penetration, insert a strip of rubber between the walls of the housing and the bottom to seal it. You can use a bicycle camera. Tighten the ends of the bottom with rubber and fasten to the body with screws, 4 cm away from the bottom.

Step 7

Cover the bottom of the drawer with paint or linseed oil from the outside. A layer of paint to prevent water from entering the box. Do not forget to clear the place for the box on the ice of snow.

Step 8

Saw the lid for the box out of thick plywood, taking into account the overlap on the sides and front. Give the workpiece the desired shape. Put foam rubber on top of the workpiece and cover it with a tarpaulin. Use a furniture stapler to attach the edges of the tarp to the plywood. Connect the resulting cover to the body with a ribbon hinge using screws.

Step 9

In the fishing crate, make sections from the board scraps. Saw the workpieces to the desired size, process them and place them vertically inside the box. Fasten to the body with screws. Such a fishing box will serve you for a long time.
