Stalker is a popular shooter-style computer game. It was developed by GSC Game World. The game takes place in a fictional world based on the works of the Strugatsky brothers, taking into account the real zone of the Chernobyl disaster. Instructions

Step 1

A man nicknamed Stalker Tagged survived a car accident near the northern cordon and woke up in the basement of a local seller Sidorovich. The tagged one discovers a photo with the caption “Kill the Strelka!” But cannot remember who it is. Meanwhile, Sidorovich gives his guest the task of freeing the stalker captured by the bandits and returning the flash drive with valuable information.

Step 2

As soon as you receive the task, leave the basement and go to the settlement where the stalkers have settled. There you will find a man with the callsign Wolf. Talk to him. The wolf will give you a weapon and tell you where the bandits are holding the captive. Get off the highway. On the right you will see a military checkpoint, and on the left, next to the concrete blocks, there will be a wounded man. Help him and go along the road to the motor-tractor station. Eliminate all bandits on your way and search corpses. Talk to Nimble, take the flash drive from him and return it to Sidorovich. The merchant will tell you something about the Gunslinger. If you wish, you can take a few more assignments from him.

Step 3

Next, you will need to get a suitcase with secret documents. It is located on the territory of Agroprom. Take as many medicines with you as possible and hit the road. You must get into the building while avoiding meeting with the military. Walk to the right of the destroyed bridge and climb inside through the hole in the fence. A suitcase with documents is located on the 3rd floor of Agroprom. Take it and leave the building. At the exit you will again meet bandits. Shoot them and return to Sidorovich.

Step 4

Sidorovich will invite you to meet a man named Fox. Hit the road and help him deal with a pack of brutal dogs. Unfortunately, Fox does not know anything about Strelka, but his brother, a stalker with the callsign Gray, may have information about this person. Go to Gray at the Abandoned Factory.

Step 5

On the way to the plant, you will again come across bandits. Their goal is to capture an abandoned vehicle graveyard, which is guarded by stalkers. The leader of stalkers, nicknamed the Imp, will invite you to fight off the bandits together. By agreeing, you will replenish your arsenal of weapons and be able to break through to the abandoned factory. There you will find the Gray. He will refer you to another stalker with the callsign Mole. Mole managed to unearth Strelka's cache. Before going to him, stock up on ammunition and first aid kits. On the way to the goal, get ready to fight the bandits once again. Shoot them, hiding behind a steel gate.

Step 6

On the territory of the research institute, a battle is going on between a military patrol and stalkers led by the Mole. Help him deal with the soldiers, and as a token of gratitude, the Mole will tell you how to get into the sewer system, where the Shooter hid his belongings. Going down into the dungeon, you will find the entrance to the research center, where important documents are also located.

Step 7

The research center can also be penetrated through the catacombs. When you go down in them, you will be met by bandits. Deal with the enemies and move on. Avoid areas with electrical abnormalities. Once you find the spiral staircase, go down it to the basement. You will have an unpleasant meeting with mutants. Kill the monsters and find the ladder in the pipe. With its help, you can get into the cache. Here you will find an AK-74 and a flash drive that contains information about the Strelka. You will also learn how to get to your fellow Gunslinger with the callsign Ghost. Having received the necessary data, go through the dungeon further in the direction of the research center. Your task will be to avoid meeting with the controller. If you do stumble upon this creature, hide around the corner and shoot back with a machine gun. Wait for the evening and leave the dungeon. You will find yourself inside the research center, which contains a case with documents.

Step 8

The documents are on the 3rd floor of the research center. It will not be possible to take them out unnoticed, so get ready in advance for a shootout with the soldiers. As soon as you break out of the protected area, head first to the dump, and then to the north. There is a checkpoint "Debt". The attendants will let you in when they find out that you have brought secret documents to the Bartender.

Step 9

On the territory of the bar, where stalkers gather to relax and have fun, you will meet the Barman. He will give you another task. The documents you brought back mention the secret laboratory X-18. It is located in the Dark Valley area. The laboratory door is locked with two keys. The Bartender has one of these keys, and he will give it to you. The second key you will have to take from a bandit nicknamed Hog. He set up his camp near the entrance to the secret laboratory.

Step 10

Cross the high radiation area. An antidote will help you cope with it. On the way, help the stalker from the "Debt" checkpoint to rescue a comrade from captivity. As a reward you will receive a brand new PSO-1. Then head to Borov's camp. The bandit sat down on the lower floor of an abandoned factory. Kill him and search the corpse. After you find the key, free the stalker locked in the basement and go to the X-18 laboratory.

Step 11

Find a dead scientist inside the laboratory. On his body there is a code (1243), with which you can open the door to the next room. Enter the code and go downstairs. Be careful as the basement is full of mutants and anomalous phenomena. Shoot flying balls and dodge heavy objects that an unknown force will launch at you. Find the ladder and go downstairs. You will find yourself in a large room through which a pseudo-giant is walking. Kill the monster and then explore the room. You will find the dead scientist again. Take the code (9524) from him. Climb higher to the second door and enter the code. Go to the flask room. Kill the Fire Poltergeist and watch the cutscene. Then go up to the booth, take the documents and leave the laboratory. On the way to the Bartender, you will find that the passage in the dump area is blocked. We'll have to make a detour through the Cordon and from there go to our destination. The bartender will give you one more task. This time, your target will be Amber Lake.

Step 12

You can only get to the lake through the Wild Lands. This is the name of the station, which is completely controlled by mercenaries. They are not hospitable. Before your eyes, these people will shoot down a helicopter with scientists. You can save one scientist. Take him to the lake. For the first time, you will meet zombies behind the bridge. Exterminate these creatures in the vicinity of the lake. Your task is to get to the bunker and talk to Professor Sakharov. Sakharov will provide you with a device that protects the human brain from psi radiation. Go down underground again and go to the laboratory.

Step 13

On the way to the laboratory, shoot back mutants and zombies. Then find the stairs, go downstairs and go to a new location. Exterminate all the zombies in the basement. Move on until the timer appears on the screen. In 4 minutes you should have time to turn off four power supplies (they are marked on the map). Once at the very top, turn right. You will find a lever on the control panel. Pull on it and thus turn off the psi-radiation. Then watch the video and move forward. Hide from the controller behind the door and kill him. Search the corpse of the Ghost, take the documents and jump down into the gap. You will find yourself in a tunnel. Walk along it to the stairs and go upstairs. Report to Sakharov about the successful completion of the task and go to the Bartender. The bartender will suggest that you try to turn off the psionic field of the "Monolith" so that the stalkers can go further north. Take your time to complete this mission. Better find out who the Doctor and the Guide, whom the Ghost mentioned in his diary, are. The guide can be found in Cordon in front of the destroyed bridge and will give you some information about the Doctor. Head to the Agroprom area, descend into the catacombs again and climb the stairs. You will immediately get hit on the head with something heavy. It was the Doctor who put the stretcher in front of the entrance to the room. Nevertheless, he will agree to give you information about a cache hidden in one of the Pripyat hotels. Remember this data and go to the lands of the "Monolith".

Step 14

Run straight along the road and shoot back from your opponents. Then go up the hill and walk towards the X-10 laboratory. Monolithians will start throwing heavy barrels at your feet. Dodge them. As soon as you reach the hole in the wall, armed soldiers will climb out of it. Shoot them and run towards the railway tracks. Jump into the carriage sticking out of the tunnel. Very soon you will find yourself in the laboratory.

Step 15

There is practically no one inside the building. Follow the corridors until you see an elevator shaft and stairs, next to which is a door with a combination lock. You will find the code for it (342089) at the dead soldier. Open the door and enter the room. There you will find a large number of weapons and first aid kits. Grab whatever you need and then move on to the generator room. Climb the stairs up and pull the lever. Watch the video and then head to the exit. Do not forget to shoot back from the Monoliths on the way. As soon as you manage to get to the surface, go east. The bartender will send you a message in which he will offer to go to Pripyat in order to make a breakthrough to the sarcophagus with other stalkers.

Step 16

In Pripyat, on the roofs of houses, you will find snipers. Shoot back at your opponents until you enter the underground parking area. Remove snipers from the roof, make your way to the hotel and shoot enemies in the lobby. Then jump from the window onto the roof of the passage and climb into the adjacent hotel building. Find room 26 with a cache hidden in it. Grab whatever you need and head to the Avangard Stadium.

Step 17

When leaving the hotel you will be attacked by the Monolith soldiers, as well as by Mi-24 helicopters. Your task is to get into the building of the 4th power unit. Try to keep to the left during the firefight. When you get to the crossroads, you will see a hole in the wall of the building. Climb into it and move on. Now keep mostly to the right side. As soon as you enter the courtyard, the timer will start. Run to the place that was marked on the map. Enter the passage, turn left and go down the stairs. Join the battle with the Monoliths (it is best to throw grenades at them). When meeting with snipers, use a sniper rifle on them. So you will get to the next corridor, at the end of which you will see a staircase. Turning to the right, you will see another staircase under the emergency lamp. Climb up it and go to the room with a secret door. Apply a decoder to it. As soon as the door opens, run inside and start eliminating the fire anomalies. Then a hologram of the professor will appear in front of you. He will explain who you are and how the exclusion zone was formed. Next, you will be asked to join the O-consciousness. If you refuse, you will immediately teleport to the yard of the nuclear power plant. If not, the true ending of the game will follow.

Step 18

In the Stalker game, there is another ending option. Remember the corridor with boxes at the end of which there was a staircase? If in this location you turn left, you will find another staircase leading to the torn off roof of the reactor. Climb it, enter the teleporter rings and get to the crystal called the Monolith. Then go over the metal structures to the next room, climb onto the concrete reinforcement and jump down to the Monolith. The crystal will fulfill any desire of the Marked One.
