Learning about the world around him, the kid tries to imitate adults in everything. Whether you're driving a car, peeling potatoes or talking on a cell phone, your child observes your actions and tries to repeat them in their game. And if so, why not make a paper phone with him. Then you can make pretend calls to each other on your cell phone and talk a lot. Believe me, it will give your little one great pleasure.

It is necessary

  • - 3 sheets of A4 paper (you can use colored paper);
  • - pencils, markers or paints for creative design of the phone.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the first sheet of paper and fold it evenly in half lengthwise. Then straighten it so that you can see the fold. After that, fold all 4 corners of the sheet towards the center. As a result, you will get a square with 2 seemingly cut corners and 2 sharp ones.

Fold the cut corners to the center of the sheet as well.

Step 2

Next, turn the sheet over to the other side. Bend the remaining corners inward so that the resulting geometric figure resembles a rectangle. The monoblock of the phone is already ready.

Step 3

Fold the rectangle on the sides by 1/3 of its width, then tuck the corners of the left side into the resulting pockets on the right. You should get a rectangle 3 times smaller than the previous one, consisting, as it were, of 2 squares. Turn it towards you in these squares, bend it in half, and then unbend it.

Step 4

Insert your index fingers into the pockets on the sides. In the place where the squares converge, along the fold made earlier, make a break. Now put this blank aside for a while. Do the same with the second sheet of paper, but after the second step, you should stop.

Step 5

Put the second next to the first workpiece and start with the third. Fold the next sheet along so that its smaller side corresponds to the smallest side of the very first workpiece. Then thread the third piece into the first, but only halfway. The end of the third piece should fit into the hole you made when preparing the first.

Step 6

Place the second piece on top. It should lie so that you can later tuck the corners into the pockets. Pass the ends of the third workpiece one into the other, and then bend it in accordance with the size of the first. With workpiece number 2, repeat this: bending the rectangle on the sides by one third of its width, tuck the corners of the left side into the resulting pockets on the right. That's it, your paper phone is ready. It remains only to decorate it beautifully. Draw buttons, screen, camera, etc.

Step 7

You may have noticed that you have turned out not a simple mobile phone, but a real slider. This will be a pleasant surprise for your little one. After all, it will be much more interesting for a child to play with a device that can be expanded. Now you can call each other, communicating as if on a real mobile phone.
