It is necessary

  • - Rainbow Loom Bands in two colors;
  • - hook;
  • - machine.

Instructions

Step 1

Using the Rainbow Loom Bands 3-bit machine, detach the middle row from it. It is very important to make sure that the remaining rows are facing in opposite directions from each other. Weaving a phone case should start from the second column: after throwing an elastic band over it, turn it over with an eight and put it on the third column, but already in the opposite row. Repeat the same action, only start from the second column of another row. Thus, the letter X should be formed. Make the letter X 4 times, then skip 2 columns and weave 4 more such elements. Then put a new one on the lowered row of elastic bands, only not diagonally, but parallel.

Step 2

Using elastic bands of a different color, close the future phone case, putting them on each column counterclockwise. Hook up all the elastic bands below and fold inward. The first row of the cover is ready.

Step 3

Next, lower all the elastic bands down and proceed to the next row. It is woven in the same way as the previous one, only in a different color, that is, you need to put elastic bands on each column counterclockwise around the entire perimeter of the product. Then the lower elastic bands are hooked and thrown inward. In the same way, make 3 and 4 rows, while not forgetting to alternate colors.

Step 4

To make a hole for the screen in your phone case, you need to close some of the hinges. On the right side, count 3 columns, grab it with a hook, pushing the upper, lower elastic band and throw it on the next. From the 4th column, also throw the elastic band onto the adjacent column. So do up to 3 columns of the left side. There should be 3 columns on each side. Close all other central posts by throwing the elastic bands inward.

Step 5

After closing the central loops, reset the row count to zero. Lower the elastic bands down and continue weaving, starting from the right side. Closed loops are not involved in further weaving. Make 16 such rows.

Step 6

In the next row of the Rainbow Loom Bands phone case, you need to use all the poles, that is, even those on which the central hinges were located. Count 3 columns on the right side, grab the lower elastic band with a hook and put it on the adjacent column. So do up to 3 columns of the left side. Remove the rest of the hinges inward. Weave the next row as usual.

Step 7

It's time to make a hole for the camera in the phone case out of rubber bands. To do this, turn the machine over so that the place for the camera is in the row closest to you. From the 3 columns of the left side, throw the lower elastic band onto the next standing column. From 2 columns, throw the bottom elastic to 1 in exactly the same way. Then, from the same 2 columns, remove the elastic bands inward. Continue weaving from the column from which the elastic bands began to be thrown, and stop at the far left. Then fold the elastic bands inward.

Step 8

The finished camera hole must be closed. Start weaving from the leftmost column. After throwing on the loops, grab the bottom elastic from the 3 columns of the left side and throw it onto the next standing column. Do the same with the next column. From all the rest, throw off the bottom layer inward.

Step 9

The weaving of the phone case from rubber bands ends in the same way as it begins. The only difference is that you don't need to skip the columns. Repeating the steps from the first paragraph, fold the lower elastic bands inward.

Step 10

Lay the product with the solid side facing you. From the rightmost column, throw the lower elastic band onto the adjacent column. Do the same on other posts around the entire perimeter of the product. On the column from which the lower elastic bands began to be thrown, it is necessary to make a loop. To do this, take one elastic band, pull it out with a crochet hook through all the elastic bands of this column. Through the first part of it, bring the second. Tighten and hide the resulting loop, and fold the remaining loops inward. The rubber band phone case is ready!
