Colorful and funny pencils that can be woven from rainbowloom rubber bands will perfectly complement the collection of figurines. Experiment with colors or shapes and you can create a whole family of pencils.

Instructions
Step 1
Take 6 pairs of pink rubber bands and put them on the star-shaped machine in this way.
Step 2
Wrap one pink elastic band around the center post four times. Place the hook on the center post and push back the four-turn elastic. Then pick up the topmost elastic and transfer it to another post.
Step 3
Throw a pair of elastic bands around the pattern again and crochet 4 elastic bands on each post from the outside.
Step 4
Weave 2 more rows of stars in a circle in the same way as you did earlier. You will end up with a pencil eraser.
Step 5
Next, take one white elastic band and screw it in the shape of eights on the machine.
Step 6
The next step is to throw in another row of elastic, one at a time in a circle without crossing. Then you need to crochet the lower part of the white elastic bands, which are wrapped in a figure of eight and throw off from the outside.
Step 7
Insert the hook into any post and move a pair of white rubber bands. Next, grab all the pink elastic bands from the inside and remove from the post onto the hook. Discard the white elastic bands remaining on the post, and return the pink ones from the hook to the post.
Step 8
Insert the hook into any column, move the pink elastic. At the same time, attach a pair of blue elastic bands to the hook, which must be pulled through the pink elastic bands. Return the blue elastic bands from the hook to the post.
Step 9
Crochet the center of the pencil from the loom. Throw a pair of blue elastic bands around and remove four elastic bands from each post from the outside. Repeat this process three times. As a result, you will have several rows.
Step 10
For the eyes, take one purple elastic and wrap around the hook four times. Put a pair of blue elastic bands on the hook, onto which you should throw off the purple elastic. Do the same for the second eye and pull it over the machine. Throw a pair of blue elastic bands on the remaining columns.
Step 11
Weave a row of blue elastic bands, removing four outer elastic bands from each post. Then shape the cheeks in the same way as the eyes. Weave another row. For the mouth, take one black elastic band, wind it on the hook in two turns. Crochet all the blue elastic bands of the first column of the middle row, fold the black elastic over these elastic bands and return the blue elastic bands to the column.
Step 12
Weave 7 rows in sequence with blue ribbons. This will be the main body of the pencil. The number of rows can be changed if you want to make the pencil longer.
Step 13
For narrowing, remove a pair of upper elastic bands from the extreme column of the middle row and see which column this pair belongs to. Throw over the opposite post. You should end up with four columns. Take 4 pairs of lemon-colored rubber bands and string them in a circle in the shape of a rectangle. Weave two rows.
Step 14
Next, you need to narrow the base of the slate by removing the upper rubber bands from the posts into throwing them to the opposite ones. Remove 4 rubber bands from the outside from each post.
Step 15
Slip two pairs of lemon rubber bands on both sides and remove the four bottom rubber bands from each post. Remove the remaining elastic on the hook. Take a blue elastic, wrap it around your finger in two turns and discard the loops from the hook. To tighten the knot, take the far away elastic band on the hook and fold it off.
