Instructions
Step 1
Take the crochet hook, pull on the khaki elastic and wrap it three times. Then take two khaki elastic bands, pull them over the hook and discard the elastic that is on the hook. Also fold the elastic bands remaining on the finger onto the hook.
Step 2
Take two light green elastic bands, pull them over the hook and fold the khaki elastic bands over the green elastic band, which then must be thrown back onto the hook.
Step 3
Take a pair of khaki elastic bands, pull over the hook, and fold the elastic bands from the hook onto the khaki elastic bands. Continue braiding in this technique until you reach the desired length for the snake's tail.
Step 4
Remove the finished tail from the hook to any post. Start weaving the head on the loom. Take two pairs of light green rubber bands and put them on the machine in this way. To shape the eyes, wind one black elastic band on the hook and fold it over a pair of light green elastic bands, which should be thrown over the machine.
Step 5
Place 4 pairs of light green elastic bands on the right and left rows. Slip 6 pairs of light green elastic bands over the center row. Round off the head with two pairs of light green elastic bands.
Step 6
Take four light green rubber bands and place them in the shape of triangles over the loom. Next, hook the finished tail to the loom.
Step 7
Start to weave your head. Hook the top elastic in the center of the post that the tail is on and return it to the post to which the elastic belongs.
Step 8
Insert the hook in the center of each column one by one, move all the elastic bands and grab the lower one, returning it to the column to which the elastic belongs. Weave each row.
Step 9
Slide the hook into the center of the outermost column of the middle row, pull the red elastic band, and holding one part of the red elastic band with your finger, pull the hook out of the post with the red elastic band. Return the elastic from your finger to the hook. Make a knot in the red elastic and tighten.
Step 10
Remove the finished head from the machine. Take a pair of scissors and cut the red elastic to create a forked tongue for the snake.
