It is worth starting to work on the landing technique from a low height - no more than two meters. Always jump only to the spot that you visually track from your jump point. Determine exactly where you are going to land, visualize the landing process.

To prepare your body for a safe landing, push off the surface from which you are going to jump, pushing yourself up - this way, when you land, you will spring from the ground, and the push will be softened. When pushing while jumping, keep your knees close to your chest to group and evaluate the trajectory of the landing below.

Never land on straightened legs - this can cause injury. When landing, bend your knees slightly to soften the impact, and squat on the ground to further reduce the risk of injury.
