Shooting a video is an art in itself, especially when such an impressive show as parkour is being filmed. However, the stunts, which in reality take your breath away, do not look so impressive in the video. But a competent operator coupled with a good installer will solve this problem.

Instructions
Step 1
First, make a shooting plan and decide what stunts, how many, with how many participants you want to shoot. Then find a video camera (preferably digital) and volunteers to participate in the filming. Share your plans with participants, listen to their advice and objections, proportioning your needs to their capabilities.
Step 2
Once you've assembled your crew and equipment, start shooting for a test shoot. Actors must rehearse their stunts several times. You will learn to hold the camera still without jerking and try to keep your fingers and other limbs "unsuitable" for shooting out of the lens. Watch out for lighting. Do not aim the camera at the light source, but hold it so that the action that is being recorded on it is well lit.
Step 3
Now select a scene to shoot. It should be colorful (for example, an industrial building against the background of a city), without small objects that can be injured (flower beds, benches) and extended (so that there is room for complex and multi-part jumps). Try to keep unnecessary people out of the lens.
Step 4
At the chosen location, direct the actions of the actors, adhering to the plan. Try to get into the frame several people moving in one direction (and preferably at different heights - for example, one on the roof, the other on the ground) to give dynamism to the picture. Shoot a repetition of the same trick from different angles for subsequent video editing. Remember that first person shots look especially impressive, but in this case, try not to damage the camera or entrust it to a more experienced parkourist than you.
Step 5
Having removed the necessary material, proceed with the installation. To do this, use the Movavi videosuite or PinnacleStudio 14HDUltimateCollection programs (however, any other program with similar capabilities will work for this). Cut the video into separate chunks containing the finished tricks. Combine them into one video track. First, put a single action, in the middle place complex or group jumps, at the end - a movement that continues, but does not end (the screen goes dark) or a group shooting of actors performing tricks.
Step 6
Add music to the resulting video. Try to make it fit the video track. Use something flexible as you see fit. Smooth, recitative, measured music will not work with activity on the screen. Once you've finished adjusting the music to the video, add video effects (such as fading at the end of the movie) and captions with the names of the filmmakers.
