But seriously, boxing helps to keep the entire cardio system normal. Plus, home workouts with a punching bag are good at relieving stress. All this together prolongs our life. If you don't want to buy or can't buy a punching bag, you can make one yourself.

- - sports bag of a cylindrical shape made of dense material
- - scissors
- - old clothes
- - polyurethane foam or flexible foam
- - sand
- - several empty trash bags
Instructions
Step 1
From the inside, lay out the bag with layers of polyurethane foam or polystyrene, along the contours. We cut out two circles from the same foam, insert one into the bottom of the bag, and leave the second one until we touch it.
Step 2
Next, you need to fill the pear. We take sand and fill it with a garbage bag, after which we release all the air from the bag and wrap it in another bag so that the sand does not spill out over time. We do a similar procedure with other packages. We put the bags in the form of layers in the bag, in parallel we stuff the bag with scraps of polyurethane foam and old rags. We make sure that there are no voids in the stuffed bag, put a second foam round on top. After that, the bag is closed and tightened with a thick cloth, if necessary.
Step 3
We hang our homemade pear from a hook or any other base. Our pear is ready, you can beat it well. Just do not fasten the pear to the ceiling, otherwise it may not withstand the loads and partially collapse.
