Being healthy and strong is always in fashion. Many young people today are into boxing. And, by the way, in order to work out the stiffness of the blows and their strength, it is not at all necessary to attend sports sections: you can arrange a gym at home. But for this you need to properly hang the punching bag.
It is necessary
- - punching bag;
- - carbine;
- - chain length from 0.5 to 1 meter;
- - anchor bolt with hook;
- - hammer drill with a drill;
- - protective glasses;
- - diluted gypsum.
Instructions
Step 1
Decide in which part of the room the "gym" will be located, taking into account that the punching bag will be attached to the ceiling. If a punching bag is attached to a wall, then, due to its proximity to the surface of the wall, it will be very inconvenient to hit this sports equipment. And besides, such a sports corner will take up much more space in the room than if the punching bag was attached to the ceiling.
Step 2
Wear safety glasses. Then, armed with a puncher, make a hole in the ceiling. Check to see if the drill bit has hit a void in the slab. The fact is that in the floor slabs, in order to reduce their weight, void spaces are made. So if the drill hits a void, try making a hole next to it. If suddenly you are unlucky for the second time, do not lose hope, look for a place in the ceiling where the floor slab would be solid.
Step 3
Insert the bolt into the hole and tighten it well. The stability of the boxing bag depends on how well it is fixed, and therefore the effectiveness of the training.
Step 4
Attach a carabiner to the punching bag. Then use a carabiner to connect the punching bag to the chain, and hook the chain to the hook fixed in the ceiling.
Step 5
Cover all excess holes made in the ceiling with plaster mix.
