A punching bag at home is a great way to relieve stress and nervous tension, keep fit, and practice your speed and punching power. Many people dream of having such a simulator, but are faced with the difficulty of placing and hanging a bag in an apartment. There are several ways to attach a punching bag. Which one to choose is up to you.

Step 1
Get a sports corner that fits between the floor and ceiling. Perhaps you even have such a T- or L-shaped exercise complex. Attach the punching bag to the ceiling of the corner using rings, chains or a strong cable. The design is very reliable, especially the T-shaped one, but it is stationary and takes up a lot of space in the apartment.
Step 2
Purchase a L-shaped sturdy bracket that is anchored vertically to the wall with anchor bolts. At the top of the structure, a carabiner or a strong hook, to which a punching bag is suspended by a cable or chain. You need to fasten such a bracket to the load-bearing wall for strength. The advantage of the design is that the pear can be removed as unnecessary, since it can be easily removed from the carbine. Such an L-shaped structure can be welded in any service and hang the bar in the yard or corridor. Even in the open air there is an opportunity to practice your favorite techniques.
Step 3
Make a suspension on the horizontal bar in the doorway or mount the timber in two walls. The punching bag is attached to a round wooden or metal beam using a loop-strap. A similar method can be used to fix any type of bag construction. But if the corridor is less than one and a half meters wide, then it will be cramped to train and you can break the doorway.
Step 4
Use a special platform - a square or round plate that is attached to a concrete ceiling or wall with 4 anchor bolts. The sports equipment is suspended from a hook to the platform itself.
Step 5
Hang the punching bag from the ceiling. If the ceiling height in your apartment is standard, then purchase two metal chains 160-180 cm long, which will need to be folded in half. You will need four medium and one large carabiners, and a metal hook or anchor bolt with a closed round eye.
Step 6
Drill a hole in the ceiling with a hammer drill. Insert an anchor bolt into the opening and tighten it. First check the structure for strength, pull it towards you.
Step 7
Attach a medium-sized carabiner to the ends of the four chains, thread them into the ears of the punching bag. Where the metal links of the two chains intersect, attach a large carabiner and hang it from the hook to the ceiling.
Step 8
Use an outdoor pear - it is compact, installed in any convenient place, adjustable in height. You can work out and clean up so that the inventory does not get in the way.
