Fishing with a spinning rod is one of the ways of dynamic fishing. Most often, spinning is used to catch predatory fish, so this tackle must be well equipped so as not to lose a large fish trophy.
It is necessary
- - spinning;
- - coil;
- - fishing line or cord;
- - sinkers;
- - bait.
Instructions
Step 1
Before equipping a spinning rod, you need to decide what kind of fish you will go to "quietly hunt". Indeed, the choice of both the spinning rod and the fishing equipment depends on the type of fish. So, for example, to catch a deep-sea zander or a large pike, you need a strong, thick spinning rod with a cord and a large reel with good friction. To catch perch or chub, you need a small sensitive ultralight spinning rod to feel the bites of small predators. In this fishing, the reel can be installed not very powerful, since the work of the friction clutch in perch fishing is not needed. Based on this, it is better to have in your arsenal several spinning rods of different characteristics and equip them for a specific place and fish.
Step 2
So, after you have decided where and what kind of fish you will go for, start rigging.
First you need to assemble the coil, if it is not assembled. Tighten all connections and tie the line or cord of your choice with a regular knot. Then wind the line around the spool. Pay attention that there is a sufficient amount of fishing line in order to make a long cast, but at the same time, make sure that the line winding does not go beyond the spool. Otherwise, the formation of a "beard" is possible.
Step 3
After that, you should assemble the spinning rod (if it is collapsible) in such a way that the spinning rings are located in one straight line. Then you need to fix the coil on it.
Step 4
After the reel is firmly and stably fixed, you need to thread the fishing line or cord through the rings. Then the rig depends on what kind of bait you are fishing with. If this is a light twister, then you will need to secure the lead. If you use already heavy baits, for example a castmaster, then additional loading is not required.
Step 5
If you plan to catch pike or pike perch, then the bait must be attached to a strong leash, preferably a metal (titanium) leash, so that the fish does not bite the line while playing. Then the leash should be tied to the main line, and the spinning rod is ready to use.
