There are many ways to glue two pieces of video together. At the same time, it is absolutely not necessary to install a complex video editor on your computer. The capabilities of Movie Maker are quite enough.
It is necessary
- - Movie Maker program;
- - video files.
Instructions
Step 1
Import the videos you want to merge into Movie Maker. To do this, open the explorer window on top of the open video editor window, select the files of interest by holding down the Ctrl key, and drag them into the program window with the mouse. Movie Maker does not split files imported this way into clips. This will greatly facilitate your work.
Step 2
Move the videos to be pasted to the timeline. To do this, click on the "Collections" drop-down list. In this list, select the video from which the merged file will begin. The selected video will appear as a thumbnail in the program window. Use the mouse to drag this thumbnail onto the timeline. Select the following file from the Collections drop-down list and drag it to the timeline in the same way.
Step 3
Save the pasted video. To do this, click on the triangle to the right of the "Finish movie creation" item.
Select the "Save to Computer" option. Provide a name for the file. Specify the location on your hard drive where the pasted video will be saved. Click on the "Next" button.
By default, the program offers to save a large file with maximum quality. If you want to get a video of a smaller size, click on the "Show more options" label, select the "Other settings" option and specify the desired parameters.
After clicking the "Next" button, the file will be saved. Wait for the end of this process.
