The ability to draw a face in profile is essential for both novice artists and those for whom drawing is a favorite pastime in their free time. A rare work of fine art does without a human image, although the history of painting knows the names of artists who painted only landscapes.
It is necessary
- - paper
- - eraser
- - simple pencil
Instructions
Step 1
First, draw a circle on the paper.
Step 2
Then divide the circle in half with a straight line.
Step 3
Divide the drawn vertical line into three parts: draw the first division as a point or dash, and on the second division, draw a line until it intersects the border of the circle.
Step 4
From a horizontal line intersecting the circle, draw down a vertical line, perpendicular to which draw a horizontal line about the intersection with the line dividing the circle in half.
Step 5
Parallel to the resulting horizontal line, draw another line from the intersection of the line dividing the circle in half. These lines help maintain proportions.
Step 6
Next, draw a line from the center of the circle to the intersection with the vertical line, then divide it into three equal segments.
Step 7
After that, draw a line at an angle from the point of intersection of the second horizontal line with the circle to the second division on the first drawn line, and then erase the first line.
Step 8
Divide the third line below, first in half, and then into two or three parts. From the point of the first division, draw two oblique lines parallel to each other, and then slightly higher so that the distance between the lines is the same.
Step 9
After that, erase the second vertical line so that it does not interfere in the future.
Step 10
Next, from the point of intersection with the circle of the second oblique line drawn to the left, draw an auxiliary line connecting this point with the second division, and then draw another line connecting the intersection point of the third oblique and the first division.
Step 11
Then erase the vertical line. From the point of intersection of the first oblique line, draw a line vertically, the length of which is equal to the height of the picture.
Step 12
After that, draw from the intersection point at the top to the left intersection point of the forehead, and using the auxiliary lines - the jaw and nose.
Step 13
Next, draw the lips, and just above the third line drawn at an angle - the eyebrows and eyes. The vertical line drawn at the very beginning will help to maintain symmetry. Draw the neck and ear using vertical and oblique lines.
Step 14
Finish up with some hair. Then erase all the auxiliary lines. The drawing is ready.
