Several people can play Buru, but the classic version is designed for two. The win does not depend on the number of tricks, but on who is the first to score 31 points. The card battle has a system of penalties and interesting combinations.

How to play

It is necessary

  • - cards;
  • - 2 players.

Instructions

Step 1

The first distribution is determined by drawing lots. Let your partner and you draw one card from the deck. The one who has the smaller one is declared the distributor. The next time the loser will do it.

Step 2

Deal cards one at a time - to your opponent, to yourself, and so on until each has 3 cards. The next, seventh, will show what the trump card will be. Place it in the middle of the deck.

Step 3

The partner goes first with one card. He can put 2 and 3 if he has two and three cards of the same suit. See if you can beat them. If not, then throw off your card duo or trio, and let your opponent take all this wealth.

Step 4

When entering from one card, the partner must put exactly the same suit. If he does not have it, then he can either discard any card, or take this one with the help of a trump card.

Step 5

Take cards from the deck one at a time. The first one is taken by the one whose bribe was, the next - the second player. If someone took not one, but two cards from the stake, then he is declared a loser. In the Bura game, this is called Double Rise. "Alien rise" will be made by the one who took them from the deck in the wrong turn. Such an action is also equivalent to a loss.

Step 6

The first person to score 31 points wins. If the player announced this, but in fact he does not have enough points, then this also means a loss. After each trick, count your points in order to have time to announce the win, otherwise your opponent can do it. After all, it is allowed to say about a set of thirty-one points only on your move. If you do not have time to do this, your partner will be able to gain the missing points in one move and declare his victory.

Step 7

Here's how the points are calculated: for an ace, add 11 to yourself, for a ten - ten, for a king - 4, for a queen - 3, and for a jack - 2 points. Cards from six to nine, inclusive, have no value.

Step 8

Remember a number of combinations found in the Tempest. If you have 3 cards of the same suit (non-trump card), then this combination is called "puller" or "letter". If you have three trump cards at the same time, declare that you have a "borax". This alignment is equivalent to winning.
