In the process of making the pom-pom, use a thread with which you will tie the pom-pom two and a half to three times longer than the future bookmark (fold this thread in half and tie the pom-pom tightly so that two tails of the same length remain). After the pom-pom is ready, use the two strands on which the pom-pom hangs to weave a simple braid. To do this, cut another strand of the same length as attached to the pompom, and weave a simple three-strand braid. Tie the tip of the braid with any knot. The pom-pom bookmark is ready.
2. Cushion with pom poms
It is very easy to decorate a decorative pillow case for a pillow-dummy that decorates a sofa with pompoms. In order to get the same pillowcase as in the photo, just do not cut off the two ends of the thread with which you fasten the pompom during the manufacturing process. Take a needle with a large eye and use it to thread the threads inside out of the pillowcase fabric. Tie the ends of the threads in any knot, cut off the excess length. The pom-pom is now firmly attached to the pillowcase. Use as many pom-poms to decorate your pillow as you see fit.
