- - white lace 4-5 cm wide
- - star decoration

Instructions
Step 1
You can take a jar of instant children's tea or chips as a basis for a pencil holder, but a jar that is too long will need to be cut to a height of 15 cm.
Cover the jar with a layer of acrylic primer. Apply acrylic paint of the desired color on top of the ground. It looks beautiful soft blue. You can not use a primer, but take ordinary interior acrylic paint of any color, putting it in several layers.
The top of the can can optionally be coated with silver spray paint.
Step 2
Draw the details of the future bullfinch on a piece of paper. The body with the tail should be about 6 cm, but this depends on your desire and the size of the can. We cut out all the details. You can attach the bullfinch's torso to the prepared jar to see if the size fits.
Step 3
Cut out all the necessary details from multi-colored thin felt. Cut out the abdomen from red felt, from gray - the upper part of the wing, and from black - the torso and wing. We cut out three pieces for each part.
We put it in the right order and glue it. If the bullfinches look in different directions, you need to pay attention to which side of the part to smear with glue!
Step 4
Glue a thin ribbon (silver, red, light blue or blue) around the edge of the can. We simply tie the red ribbon around the jar with a bow.
On the blank of the jar, draw twigs with black acrylic paint on which the bullfinches will sit.
Step 5
We glue the bullfinches to the jar. With white acrylic paint we depict snow on the branches and until it dries, sprinkle with dry sparkles. With the same paint, draw a small white eye on a bullfinch on the head.
Step 6
We measure out a wide lace ribbon so that it is enough to wrap it around the jar. Cut off and glue to its lower part. At the very bottom, you can also start up a red satin ribbon.
Step 7
We paint rowan berries on the branches with red acrylic paint. We glue decorative snowflakes or stars to the surface of the jar. The festive pencil holder is ready!
