Draw the dragon's head on a piece of thin white cardboard. Cut it out, paint and decorate with all kinds of feathers, sparkles, beads, decorative scales.

Draw the dragon's tail on a piece of thin white cardboard. Cut it out and decorate it like a head.

Take a sheet of thin colored paper, fold it in half lengthwise and cut. Fold the resulting strips with a small accordion. Glue together along the top and bottom so that you get the body of the dragon.

Glue the head and tail to the dragon's torso. Take two long, thin wooden sticks, straws or sticks and glue them to the dragon's head and tail. Now, fingering the sticks, make your dragon move.
