A birthday card can be made at home in ten minutes. The main thing is to have all the components in stock and not get confused if something is missing, but connect your imagination.

Instructions
Step 1
Fold the cardboard in half. The front of the postcard will be used for work.
Step 2
Use ready-made kits to create postcards. They are sold in scrapbooking stores and can also be ordered online. Each part is equipped with a small adhesive element, you need to remove the protective film from it, place the figure on cardboard and press it down. In addition to figurines, sets often include beautifully designed themed inscriptions with wishes and congratulations.
Step 3
Apply the quilling technique, it allows you to create three-dimensional patterns from thin paper strips. Cut double-sided colored paper into equal-width ribbons. Curl the details with scissors, roll into rings, or fold into more complex shapes. Apply a small amount of PVA glue to the edge of the resulting part, place the element on the front side of the card, leave to dry completely.
Step 4
Glue the pictures you cut from glossy magazines to the cardboard. You can create floral patterns, make an applique with colored hearts, or simply glue many pretty shoes or handbags to your friend's birthday card. Details cut from pages with foreign text look great, and Arabic script or hieroglyphs are just a masterpiece. Keep in mind that PVA can moisten the magazine paper too much, so stick with pencil glue.
Step 5
Fasten ribbons, colored braid and beads to the surface of the cardboard. For fixing elements made of these materials, it is better to use transparent gel-based glue. To make an element from beads, apply a thin layer of glue within the desired area, sprinkle the beads on top, spread them with your fingers and press lightly. You can also glue feathers, woolen threads, clockwork elements, old jewelry.
Step 6
Complete the pattern with patterns and lettering. Use colored pens, glitter gel.
