Obeying the law of normal distribution of random variables, any firearm cannot do without the so-called spread of bullets. However, in games from which players demand realism and almost one hundred percent accuracy, the spread of bullets turns out to be an interfering factor. This is most common in the Counter-Strike series, where there are several ways to fix this uncomfortable flaw for inept players.
It is necessary
- - installed game Counter-Strike;
- - availability of Internet access;
- - skills in using search programs;
- - skills in using the Counter-Strike console.
Instructions
Step 1
To get rid of the excessive spread of bullets associated with performance problems with Counter-Strike installed on your computer, you need to increase the number of frames per second (FPS) and set the maximum bytes per second for the computer that the server can send to the client side (rates).
Step 2
You can check the FPS value by typing net_graph 3 in the game console. After that, a service window with the numbers of the FPS value will appear at the bottom of the screen. The console command net_graph 0, in turn, removes the window with numbers from the screen. If the number of frames per second is small, it should be increased with the fps_max 101 console command.
Step 3
After increasing the FPS value, it is necessary to sequentially register three commands in the Counter-Strike console: rate 25000, cl_cmdrate 101 and cl_updaterate 101. This will optimize the software and hardware to reduce the visual spread of bullets in the game.
Step 4
If it is necessary to completely save the player's weapon from dispersing bullets, one cannot do without an additional program. For example, special Nospread or Anti-Recoil scripts can remove bullet spread from the game, in addition, the spread can be adjusted using universal cheats, such as cdhack. Scripts and cheats do not require installation on a computer, they are launched before starting the game. It is worth remembering that the use of such programs may entail a ban on the game on certain Counter-Strike servers.
