Responsibility for the quality and serviceability of bullets prepared at home lies with the "manufacturer". In order to cast bullets "Diabolo", use ready-made calculations and drawings, strict adherence to which will lead to the desired result.

Step 1
Make a bullet. To do this, use the drawings, in which the diameter of the bullet body and the barrel bore are calculated in detail. So, when making "Diabolo" it should be remembered that its diameter along the centering band must be made smaller than the diameter of the barrel bore by 0.1 mm. The diameter of the bullet body, in turn, should be made less than the maximum muzzle constriction of the gun barrel by 1–1.5 mm.
Step 2
Make the centering shoulder of the bullet solid in diameter. This will contribute to better balance, sharper and more accurate shooting. In addition, such a matrix for the manufacture of bullets (bullet) will be much easier to design yourself.
Step 3
Smoke all the inner surfaces of the bullet under an open fire. This will help you to significantly improve the filling of the die cavity, as well as the surface quality of the bullet itself.
Step 4
Heat the parts of the bullet to a temperature of 100–120 ° C and cast the bullets. For safety reasons, use insulated gloves and safety goggles. When the casting hardens, disassemble the bullet, first knocking it with the base on a massive metal object.
Step 5
Remove the sprue from the bullet casting using a knife. File the cut point with a file.
