Changing the voice in a Counter Strike game or other online game is a side function of specialized programs designed to convert sound coming from a microphone in real time. The main task of such applications can be considered to provide anonymity in voice communication networks.

Instructions
Step 1
Download and install Scramby, a dedicated real-time voice changer application (paid application) on your computer. The program archive contains 26 versions of loaded voices and more than 40 background sounds, allowing you to create the illusion of the selected sound environment. The application works by installing a virtual sound card on a computer and converting the sound received from the microphone in accordance with the settings. Then the sound is redirected to the virtual device, which in turn sends the modified voice to the game or network.
Step 2
Run the program and specify the microphone to be used in the drop-down list of the main window of the wizard. Make sure to make the right choice by speaking a few phrases into the microphone to visually display the audio signal in the oscilloscope window. Specify the audio output devices (speakers) in the next wizard window and select the desired distortion effect in the final dialog box.
Step 3
Take advantage of the ability to convert audio signals provided by Scramby in Skype voice networks: launch the application and open the Tools menu of the upper service panel of the Skype window. Expand the Settings node in the left pane and select General. Go to the Sound Settings section and select the Scramby Microphone item in the drop-down list.
Step 4
Download and install on your computer an alternative application for converting sounds in Counter Strike game and Voice Changer Diamond voice networks. Launch the program and select the desired settings for the application itself and the microphone on the General tab of the main program window. Go to the Ignore Filter tab to define programs that cannot be voice altered, or specify CS on the last tab to apply the selected audio effects in the game.
