You can make a beautiful and practical box for travel souvenirs yourself, and it does not take much time. It is enough just to audit the postcards, city maps, stamps and other little things that were once brought. Such a box can be presented to a travel companion.
It is necessary
- -cardboard box
- -acrylic paints
- -brush
- -photographs, tickets, stamps, postcards
- - PVA glue or glue stick
- - waterproof marker
- -lacquer
Instructions
Step 1
We paint the box and lid with acrylic paints. Let it dry. If you don't want to paint, then you can glue the box, for example, with a map of the country where you went.
Step 2
We prepare postcards, stamps, photographs, tickets - everything that can be glued to the box. Drawings can be cut or torn off neatly by hand.
Step 3
We lay out the illustrations on the lid and sides of the box and glue them with glue. We gently smooth each shot with our fingers so that no air bubbles form. You can write with a waterproof marker or cut out letters. We leave everything to dry.
Step 4
Cover the completely dried box with varnish 2 or 3 times. Let it dry.
