It is necessary

Instructions
Step 1
First, we cut out the base for our valentine, that is, a heart from the album sheet. Make it bigger, do not regret it. After all, the more valentine, the more love)
Step 2
Then we take napkins. They must be cut into 2 by 2 centimeters squares.
Step 3
Now, in fact, we turn to the facing technique itself. Lubricate a small area of the heart with glue, then take a toothpick and apply it so that it is exactly in the middle of the square, after which we crush the square and roll it around the toothpick. After all the shenanigans, we apply a toothpick with a napkin to the glue. Thus, the twisted square sticks and lags behind the toothpick. We do the same with other squares.
Step 4
And the final stage is decorating with beads. We put them on PVA glue. The valentine is ready! Good luck!
