Recently, hand-made crafts are gaining more and more popularity. They can be created using the usual tools at hand. In order to decorate your kitchen with a beautiful basket of roses or decorate a gift wrap with a bright flower, you will need a little patience and a couple of different colored napkins. Follow the detailed instructions and make do-it-yourself roses from napkins cheap and beautiful!
It is necessary
- - multi-colored napkins;
- - wire for stems;
- - scissors;
- - glue
Instructions
Step 1
Take multi-colored single-layer napkins and wire. After that, cut the flower napkins into 4 equal parts, and the green napkin into strips (1-1.5 cm wide) and small rectangles (6 by 4 cm). Then fold the red (pink) napkin almost in half, leaving a small gap at the bottom.
Step 2
Start curling the edge of the napkin. At the same time, try to give it the shape of a petal. As a result, you should have realistic petals. Set them aside and cut ¼ part of the napkin into 4 more parts. Roll a ball out of one square. Attach it to the tip of the wire. After that, twist the next square onto the ball, dropping along the wire and creating a kind of pupa. To prevent the napkin from unfolding, glue it with a little glue at the base.
Step 3
Then wrap the entire wire with a green napkin (blank). You have a rose stalk ready. Now you can start the most important part of the work - assembling all the petals. Start rolling the blank petals around the core. Do not forget to gently straighten them, giving them "life". For fixation, after attaching each subsequent petal, drip glue down at the base of the bud. Usually 3 petals are enough for a bud. You can do 4-5, but for beginners it will be more difficult.
Step 4
The last steps in creating a rose with your own hands will be the preparation of thorns and leaves. Take 4 green rectangles and twist thin tubes from them. As a result, you get thorns. After that, start creating the leaves. Take 2 green rectangles and, twisting their tips, form leaves. Glue 4 thorns at the very base of the rose. Tightly wrap the base of the bud with a green strip and finish the work by gluing the leaves. Your homemade napkin rose is ready!
