You don't need expensive materials to create original jewelry. The most important thing is imagination. And this article can serve as a proof of this theorem!
In order to make an original ring of shreds with your own hands, you will need a thick fabric (thin felt, other fabric that does not sprinkle will do), glue (hot glue, "Moment-crystal", etc.), scissors, threads in color …
1. Cut circles from the main fabric (at least 2 cm in diameter), make the same size the base for the "stone" of the ring (from a denser fabric or several layers of thin).
2. Fold each circle two or three times, apply a small drop of glue to the center and stick to the base circle. Place these circles as tightly as possible to each other to get a voluminous and dense decor (see photo below, parts 1 - 3).
3. Sew the base for the ring from a rectangular strip of the same fabric (do not forget to first measure the circumference of the finger on which you plan to wear this ring). Glue the ring decor to the base (see photo below, part 4).
The decoration is ready. Of course, the design of this craft is not suitable for creating an evening or office look, but such an ornament can be worn with hippie and grunge outfits. I would also like to note that this idea is perfect for joint creativity with children, as it develops imagination, forms the ability to work with fabric, fine motor skills.
