  • - ordinary rubber glue;
  • - rasp or sandpaper;
  • - a piece of cotton fabric;

  • - nylon;
  • - soldering iron.

Instructions

Step 1

Take special glue 88 and regular rubber glue. Mix one part of glue 88 and four parts of rubber and rub well so that there are no lumps left at all.

Step 2

Next, take your boot and start cleaning the sole. For this painstaking work, use a rasp or coarse sandpaper. You need to clean the sole very carefully so that no dirt remains on it.

Step 3

Spread both parts, that is, the sole and the boot with a mixture of glue, fold it well and then press down the boot with oppression, making sure that the sole and the boot are glued together as smoothly and neatly as possible. It is advisable that the boot dry out for about a day. After that, it can already be worn.

Step 4

It happens that the sole falls off completely from the shoe. Then it and the boot need to be thoroughly cleaned in the same way, prepare a mixture of glue. Next, the glue is applied to the sole. Leave it on for about five minutes. After that, apply a second ball of glue, wait one more minute and glue the sole to the shoe, making sure it comes out neatly. After gluing, put the shoes under oppression and wait about a day.

Step 5

Another method of gluing the soles can be used to glue a new one to the old polyurethane or nylon sole as a "prophylaxis". To do this, take an improvised adapter - a piece of cotton fabric. It must be welded with an iron to the old sole. Stick the rubber sole on this adapter. For gluing, use the most common rubber glue.

Step 6

If the sole is peeled off at the boots, then it can also be successfully glued. For this, felt boots must be cleaned very well. Next, along the perimeter of the sole, put a strip of nylon and a new sole on top of it, then melt the nylon with a heated soldering iron. After that, press the sole well.
