Snowdrops are a symbol of spring and tenderness. These graceful flowers in all their glory can be seen only once a year, and you cannot pick snowdrops, since they are listed in the Red Book. However, with a creative effort, you can have beautiful snowdrops adorn your table all year round without harming the environment. To do this, make a bouquet of paper snowdrops - the technique of making modular flowers is very simple and accessible even for beginners.

It is necessary

  • - White paper;
  • - green corrugated paper;
  • - wire.

Instructions

Step 1

You will need plain white paper as well as green corrugated paper and wire. For one flower, take three identical squares of white paper. Fold the same Trefoil module out of each square - fold the paper square diagonally, fold the sides to the central fold, lift the lower corner up and tuck inward, and fold the two lower corners to the central vertical.

Step 2

Tuck the bent corners inward, and then turn the workpiece upside down and lower the corners down. Flip it over to the other side and fold the sides towards the middle.

Step 3

Grease the left tab of the module with glue for strength and insert it into the pocket under the right tab of another module. Then insert the third module into the pockets of these modules, also smearing the edges with glue. Close the modules in a ring - you will see that they have acquired the shape of a flower bud. Make sure to leave a small hole at the base of the bud.

Step 4

Now take a 20-25 cm long wire and wrap the edge tightly with green corrugated paper, 1 cm away from the edge of the wire. Fold the free end of the wire around the paper-wrapped edge to secure it, then rewrap the edge with paper and continue wrapping the wire while it is completely covered with green paper.

Step 5

The stem is ready - put a flower on it by inserting the wire with the thin end into the hole. At the base of the flower, make a slight bulge by cutting out the corrugated paper so that the corrugation strips run across. From a narrow strip of light green, make a leaf and wrap it around the stem.

Step 6

Glue the sheet and bend the stem a little. Cut a few strips of green paper to get long leaves, and then make some more flowers and gather them together with the leaves in a bouquet. The snowdrops are ready.
