Naruto is one of the most popular and famous anime series, which has a lot of fans all over the world. Anime fans dream of acquiring the attributes of their favorite cartoon, and one of the elements of these attributes is the kunai, or Japanese dagger, which is present in many cartoon characters. You don't have to look for wood or metal to make your own kunai - you can use plain paper and fold the kunai using the Japanese origami technique.
Instructions
Step 1
Take two A4 sheets, super glue, scissors and a black marker, as well as a ballpoint pen frame and colored gouache.
Step 2
Fold an A4 sheet in half and then cut along the fold line to make two rectangular sheets. Fold each sheet separately and cut. After that, fold one sheet of four so that you get the shape of a paper airplane. Bend the resulting shape in half, and then do the same with all the remaining three rectangles.
Step 3
Then connect the shapes in pairs to get two parts of the blade of the future dagger with sharp ends.
Apply super glue to the body of a ballpoint pen or an unwanted pencil. Spread it evenly over the surface of the pen using a piece of paper.
Step 4
From the second A4 sheet that you prepared at the beginning of work, cut a strip along the long side. Wrap a strip of paper around the pencil with an overlap so that the paper adheres to the frame. Secure the ends of the strip to prevent them from coming off, and leave the frame for a while to allow the glue to dry.
Step 5
While the kunai handle is drying, glue the blade pieces together. First, glue the pieces together in pairs, just as you folded them in the above step, and stretch one pair of pieces over the frame of the handle. After that, finely chop the remaining pieces of paper and fill part of the blade with them. Then glue the edges.
Step 6
Glue the second pair of blade pieces and pull them over the dagger, then fold the edges and glue to the previous pair of pieces.
Step 7
Cut another long strip from the sheet of paper, twist around your finger or any rod, then peel and glue in this position to get a ring. Make a hole in the ring, then glue the tip of the dagger handle and insert it into the hole in the ring. Wait for the glue to dry and cover the handle with another strip of paper for strength.
Step 8
Now you just have to paint the dagger in the desired colors with paints and markers.
