Instructions

Step 1

Taking a pencil, sketch out the general outlines of the figure. The lines drawn in this case should be very light. In the course of work, try to check the proportions of the figure, the angle of inclination of the head, body, limbs with the original.

Step 2

Let's draw the lines of the jaw, the superciliary arch. Let us denote by smooth lines the muscle originating at the base of the skull and leading from both sides of the neck to the ends of the clavicle.

Step 3

Mark the latissimus dorsi muscles. By reproducing the oval biceps on each shoulder, as well as the triangular deltoid muscle, begin to add volume to our person. Let's designate the abdominal muscles, and under them - the anterior dentate muscles displaced to the lateral sides of the body.

Step 4

On the hands, note the muscles of the forearm, going from the elbow to the wrist. Continuing down the length of the body, draw in bold lines the powerful muscles on the front of the thighs - they connect the pelvis to the tibia. Then move on to the calf muscles: notice that on the right leg it is visible from the side, and on the left it protrudes behind the tibia.

Step 5

Describe the shape of the foot with straight lines extending to the tips of the toes and outline the bones on the top of the foot.

Step 6

Apply dark tones to the right side of the figure - in the area of the shoulder and armpit. Let's deepen the shadows on the front of the left shoulder. Lightly shading will cover the shaded areas under the ribcage, as well as the pectoral muscles. Add a moderate tone to the face and top of the head.

Step 7

We complete the drawing of the flexor and extensor muscles of the right forearm with confident lines. Let's clarify the outlines of the abdominal muscles and apply shadows to the groin. Add a moderate tone to the lower arm and leg muscles.

Step 8

Let's go over the smooth muscles of the abdomen with a pencil. Add dark tones to the serratus anterior to emphasize the jagged shape of its edges.

Step 9

Let's add some details to the feet: draw the nails on the toes, the heel bone and the ankle. Shade the tibia on the left leg.
