There is something magical and kind about Christmas. Human hearts at this moment are filled with a thirst for miracles, love and home comfort. And to make your home more comfortable, you just need a little imagination. Do you want paper angels to guard your hearth? Give them shelter - on a chandelier.
It is necessary
- - long silver beads with pendants
- - white cardboard or thick A4 paper
- - silver tinsel
- - foil
- - self-adhesive sequins (glue stick) in gold and silver colors
- - golden or silver "rain"
- - simple pencil
- - white toilet paper
- - tree branches
Instructions
Step 1
You can cut an angel out of a ready-made template, or you can create your own angel. Option 1: take a sheet of snow-white cardboard or thick paper, fold it in half. Moving from the fold line, draw half of the angel: half an arc of a halo, half a head, half of a dress, and a wing (all parts should be connected to each other). Cut and straighten the workpiece. You can add volume to the wings with cotton pads. Cut teardrop-shaped pieces of feathers from the discs and glue them on the wings, moving from bottom to top, placing the feathers on top of each other.
Step 2
Option 2: Without bending the paper, draw the angel according to the template (with stars on the dress or various shapes that can be cut). Cut and stick to a sheet of double-sided colored paper or foil. Cut again, but now only along the edge contour, leaving intact the painted over internal drawings. Decorate the halo or wings with sparkles.
Step 3
You can make a volumetric angel. Take a sheet of gold or silver colored paper, draw a circle and cut it out. Cut one lobe out of the circle. Roll the sheet into a cone and glue the edges. This will be an angel dress. The head and halo can be left flat - by cutting them out of paper or making a circle (head) and an oval (halo) out of wire. A piece of wire should remain at the bottom of the head so that it can be fastened to the body. The nimbus should first be wrapped with a thin golden tape from the Christmas tree "rain". The wings are made from white paper or foil.
Step 4
There should be 3-5 angels, you can be different. Use the same "rain" for the suspension. The length of the pendant for each angel should be different so that they do not hang at the same level. Decorate the base of the chandelier with silver tinsel. Green or blue tinsel, as if powdered with snow, is also suitable.
Step 5
If the chandelier has different hooks and ornaments, beads are suitable for decoration. In the absence of suitable beads, they can be made from beads, remnants of old beads and pasta (having previously decorated them with sparkles). Hang the beads in a semicircle from one hook to another, or make an impromptu spider web.
Step 6
If the chandelier does not have protrusions or hooks (where you can hang decorations), you can attach tree branches stylized to a snow-covered Christmas tree to the round base of the chandelier. To do this, cut long strips of white toilet paper and make neat cuts (fringe) underneath. Moisten the base and tops of the branches with clear glue. Wrap paper around the branches so that the fringe sticks out in different directions, like pine needles. Glue the branches onto tape or stick them between the base of the chandelier and the ceiling. Hang the angels on hooks or branch ends. For color, you can also add 2-3 snowflakes of different shapes.
