At the last festival of multi-format music "Invasion-2012" singer Zemfira announced that she intends to stop communicating with both journalists and fans. And she is going to express her thoughts only through songs.

Why Zemfira
Why Zemfira

The rock festival "Invasion" was closed by Zemfira, the main guest of the concert, with a live one and a half hour performance. The singer has not performed on the FORMAT stage for 10 years. The "Scandal Girl" arrived in the tent city very impressively - by helicopter, which landed on the landing near the main stage. During the performance, the singer performed her new compositions and old best hits. And before the song "Daisies" Zemfira admitted that she was tired of these flowers and would sing about them for the last time. “Let's bury this song in the Volga,” she announced.

A few days before the festival, Zema, as her fans call her, announced on her official website that Invasion will be her last platform for communicating with the outside world, which the star thinks is “too cruel”. And, indeed, on the stage in Bolshoi Zavidovo, Zemfira once again confirmed her decision to take a "vow of silence."

Shortly before that, the singer admitted to one of the magazines: “I hardly speak anyway, I just sing. And in ten years, most likely, I will stop talking altogether. The singer is also offended by the fact that her “favorite fans” “in their assessments and discussions skew towards something vulgar that has nothing to do with creativity” and towards her. “I need silence,” the singer told the journalist of the online edition colta.ru.

The timing of the "vow of silence" taken by Zemfira is not yet known. The singer's official website has been blocked for users since the day of Invasion.

However, the singer was not going to scare the fans with her final departure from the stage. In the same interview, the rock star reassured fans that during the period of "silence" she was only going to complete the recording of the long-awaited studio album.

It is assumed that the disc, the name of which has not yet been announced, will go on sale in the fall of 2012. The last of the released albums by Zemfira "Thank you" was released in the fall of 2007. Three years later, in 2010, her collection Z-Sides was released - it included previously unreleased songs of the singer.
